Many Years of Music
Georges Prouty & Kurt Dressel grew up together in the same West Hartford, Connecticut neighborhood and bonded over their shared passions for musical creation. Georges and Kurt bring unique musical backgrounds together and are comfortable jumping genres and mashing up influences in their original songs.
Starting Again
Years ago, Kurt and Georges played together in a previous band where they started honing in their musical styles and songwriting. Georges was a prolific song writer at the time but had to put songwriting on the back burner as life progressed. Years later, Georges' passion for songwriting and playing was reignited when he hooked back up with Kurt. Kurt spent his entire life focused on music, playing multiple instruments and giving concerts with various bands. Together and totally online, they produced a fantastic new rock album and awesome new EP. Their first album, "Transitions," has 18 new songs and includes three songs written when they were both teenagers: "Witch Queen," "California Roads" and "Western Fortune." Their new EP, "More to Here", includes 6 brand new rock songs written by Georges covering multiple topics with fantastic instrumentation by Kurt on multiple instruments.
